We stayed here the week of Christmas, overall was fine. The hotel was fairly clean. One elevator was down and the available one smelled generally unpleasant. Even though it was a major holiday the hotel stayed fairly quiet which was nice. They also had the breakfast buffet open the morning of Christmas which was wonderful. The man stationed at the omelet bar absolutely deservers a raise! The only real negative we had was the shower in our room. The nob was loose and could not control the temp. I tried tightening with a travel tool, but the nozzle was so stripped it didn't work & just needs to be replaced. Overall, would recommend for staying in Brandon. Thanks!

I was told that breakfast was from 7-11upon arrival. Got downstairs at 10 to find out breakfast ends at 10. However the kitchen staff went out their way to find my fincee and i food. That made up for the elevator situation

This was an older hotel that is in need of renovations. Many items were obviously old and worn. My bed was very lumpy, the other was very firm, and the couch looked like it would fall apart if I sat on it. Also, the tub was not clean. I had to clean it. We don’t drink, so offering complimentary drinks was not a prize for us. The breakfast was good, but the hours were not great. It wasn’t anything to write home about…I was disappointed to say the least

Only one elevator was operational, and coffee was not always left in room after cleaning. I was really pleased with the breakfast, maybe access to coffee during the day, from the coffee machine.

Very clean place with good breakfast
This was a VERY nice place with homemade breakfast everyday. Had a bar and a restaurant. Gym, outside pool. VERY clean place.
