The breakfast sausage and egg was always cold even though they just put it out. Room was clean. Toilet would intermittently not work but not sure if it was because of post hurricane issues or just the toilet. Pool area was nice and enjoyed the water. Staff always friendly.

Old outdated hotel in a bad area of town. My room view was an industrial roof top. My room door had a convention Residential deadbolt and no handle. I was told I had the best room available. They would not provide a receipt at check out and would not respond to emails.

When I arrived at the property I noticed a homeless encampment at the edge of the parking lot. There were huge shipping containers in the parking lot which blocked parking spaces closer to the building. I stayed on the 4th floor where there were large boxes stacked along the hallway. The carpet in the hallway had a musky smell. My room was clean which was the only highlight. Upon checkout I was told that the $100 room fee would not be charged to my credit card. When I checked my credit card several days later they had charged the $100 room fee to my credit card. I spoke to the desk clerk several days later and they said it would be removed. I checked my credit card again a few days later and the charge was still there. Based on this experience I will not be staying there again.

It appears the hotel is being remodeled, the hallway on the 3rd floor was half full with boxes. The individual air conditioning unit is very noisy with some type of vibration. The bathroom ventilation fan was also very nousy when in use.

Nice upgrades, but still more work is needed
The hotel is currently being upgraded. Our room had been upgraded, but they apparently haven't completed renovations. They a/c unit was so loud and noisy. It made a loud vibrating sound and so did the fan in the bathroom. The room did look nice though. Hot water was nonexistent as well. Lukewarm was the best we got. We were only there overnight so we toughed it out.

My room was supposed to be a suite, but it was just a standard room that they took the second bed out and put a nasty couch in its place. The ceilings had mold all over, and the couch had wet spots still on one side from who knows what.. I was really disappointed in the quality of the room compared to the pics of what i thought i was booking.

Mold everywhere, the bed was spongey the carpet dirty, walls so thin you heard conversations. It smelled, none of us slept well, we would have left but no rooms were available anywhere. Gouged with a $75 pet fee they hiked by $50.

The room we stayed in felt like it hadnt been properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was untouched from the last clients. We didnt even want to shower, that's how bad ot seemed. Less than $100.00 per night would be right.

Hotel near Raymond James Stadium
This hotel is extremely run down and in need of major renovations. The bed linens were stained and the first room we had reeked of cigar smoke. I will not stay here again!

The room that I was in was faulty. The toilet wasn’t working we had to remove the top of the toilet and manually hold down the compartment in the toilet to have the water to rise in order for us to flush it. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed to where my mom walked into it in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The telephone didn’t work. The breakfast was cold when it should’ve been hot. The coffee dispenser wasn’t working. Also the waffle machine wasn’t working properly. I complained to the front desk several times about the room. He said that the maintenance guy was going to fix the problems in the room and it never got fixed. The stay there was just horrible
