A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.

Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

Getting Around:
We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
