This convenient apartment is located near beaches, the heart of Tamarindo where you will find shops and restaurants, and you will also be within walking distance to the community, kid-friendly outdoor pool!

This apartment features three levels full of comfort, convenience, and great amenities. The main living space is located on the first floor along with a half bathroom. Unwind in the living area watching cable on the wall-mounted TV before heading to the fully-equipped kitchen to work your magic–your friends will surely appreciate every single preparation you make! There is even a dishwasher that will help you with the dishes once mealtime is over. The washer/dryer combo is located right under the stairs that lead to the second and third levels. The second level hosts two bedrooms and two en-suite full baths. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The third and last level hosts the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo and a balcony with views of the complex and pool.

The property is in a great location- super close to one of the main strips and a straight shot to the beach. The grounds were being updated while we were there but was fantastic value overall. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was also nice.

So close to town & the beach!
We had a fantastic stay at the Villa!! The locations was perfect for us, 5-10 minute walk to the beach, or town, just far enough away that we didn’t hear the nightlife once we settled in. Tamarindo is an amazing town, with so so so much to do! The food trucks, restaurants & bars are within walking distance from the villa, made for some fun nights!! The condo is extremely well equipped, even good soaps, shampoo & conditioner! We could not have asked for better! Having the pool right outside our door was awesome for those really hot days too! A fabulous way to finish out our vacation! Thank you

Place is dated but clean. Great beds and bedrooms. Location is wicked. Felt very safe. Fail - with no internet during entire stay and poor communication with local support and Vacasa. Super frustrating.

Walking distance of the each and restaurants. Loved it! Only issue was the cleanliness when we checked in. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but there was still dirt on the floor and some sheets had old stains. Again it wasn't bad but I would definitely come back

The property was not very clean Maintenence had ro come as the plumbing leaked drains clogged Pool cloudy and very small Overall propery needs work amd does not reflect the pictures Only good things were the nice security functioning a/c and gardens Would not recommend this place for thr money we paid
