This property is conveniently located next to the Sawgrass Expressway with easy access to Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall and the Panther Arena. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast with your stay in a clean, spacious lounge. It is time to remodel; rooms have been repaired poorly especially bathrooms. Shower doors were off the tracks, most of the outlets including the charging station did not work. Air conditioning either did not work or was not on in the common areas and the outside temperature was 97 degrees when we checked in. I would definitely pick this location again, but would check in advance to see if the property has been recently remodeled -

I stayed there 1 night with my family. It smelled nice, comfortable beds, good breakfast (waffles, muffins, eggs, milk, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, limited hot food items like hash browns were not so good).

I would never stay here again. The keylock didn't work, so I had to get a new key every time I left the room. The toilet barely flushed, and the sink stopper was broken, forcing me to pull it up by hand through dirty water. The dresser drawers were jammed, with two of them completely unusable. The staff seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for help with the door. This place is a nightmare.
