We offer a 12pm checkin, sleeping 18 in this luxurious 9 bedroom, 8 bathroom property, providing guests with private, functional spaces to relax, unwind and connect. A fabulous location to retreat to after offsite receptions and events.

The Estate is vast with fabulous, shared spaces to come together to cook, converse and connect. The grounds are serene and abundant, allowing for break out spaces to relax under the trees.

A 15 metre Mineral Pool with Inbuilt Spa, sets the scene for delicious sun soaked relaxation. While away the afternoon reading by the pool with uninterrupted views of the Byron Hinterland. A large living area and deck overlook the famous Byron Bay Hinterland, the perfect spot to sit for breakfast, listening to the birds wake for the day or watch the day melt into night with a glass wine. An alfresco area behind the house offers another relaxing entertaining area.

All seven bedrooms are finished with en-suites, while the two ground level bedrooms share a bathroom, offering a bath and shower. All interiors are fully air-conditioned and boast luxurious staples one would expect in a home of this standard. Comfy lounges and armchairs, a custom-built pool table, TV's, Wifi, crisp bedlinen, quality kitchen fittings, Thankyou products in each bathroom (soap/shampoo/conditioner) and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Main House
Luxurious, comfortable interiors in the recently renovated Main House accommodates up to 8 guests.
The first floor level comprises entry from a large deck into a generous open plan lounge room with a stunning cathedral ceiling. Along side is a fully equiped kitchen and dining area.
Two bedrooms, with their own entrances on this level share a bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs comprises two bedrooms, each with their own ensuites, one with a bathtub, shower, toilet and the other with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

Cedar Cottage
Nestled next to The Estates Main House, Cedar Cottage accommodates 6 guests and offers an open plan
lounge, dining and kitchen area. The Cottage is furnished with comfortable lounges, TV, Wifi, crisp bedlinen, quality kitchen fittings and utensils. Cedar Cottage has three bedrooms, all with king beds and their own ensuites with showers. The two downstairs bedrooms have their own entrances with
the upstairs bedroom and bathroom accessed through the cottage lounge area.

The Loft
Situated next to The Estates Main House, The Loft accommodates 4 guests.
Light and airy, The Loft is furnished with a beautiful mix of artful finds and luxurious furnishings, with windows and deck overlooking the famous Byron Bay Hinterland. The upstairs living/kitchen/dining area is all open plan with doors opening out onto the deck where you can sit and relax with a morning coffee or a glass of wine.
Two bedrooms downstairs, each with their own entrances, provide king beds and ensuites.

Brilliant Week at The Estate Byron Bay
The property was outstanding, we couldn’t fault it, the rooms were delightful and living areas spacious and comfortable and the large kitchen with great appliances couldn’t have been better. Many laps in the beautiful pool were had and great conversations held in the spa! There were 16 of us ‘old friends’ having an annual reunion hailing from different parts of Australia and a superb week was had by all. Thank you to Sarah and Deb for their efficiency in all aspects of booking and communication.
