et high on a hill overlooking rolling green hills and Bangalow town, Graciosa Byron Bay is a colourful and relaxed retreat a 2 minute drive to Bangalow cafes and shopping and a 7 minute drive to the pristine beaches of Byron Bay.

It’s personal with twists and turns and cosy corners filled with books and artwork and surprising moments. Sundowners by the pool watching the setting sun. Or a meander through our gardens filled with scented blooms, herbs and natives.
The space
This rural setting is only a 2-minute drive to Bangalow and 7-minutes to Byron Bay. Glamorous yet comfortable interiors. Beautiful ambience. 10 metre sparkling swimming pool.
Guest access
The house is for the exclusive use of the guests staying on the property - no event, large or small, can be held on the property without prior arrangement with the management. Failure to comply will result in you vacating the property immediately and forfeiting all monies paid.

The property has a manager in residence in our studio suite which is located 40 metres from the main house. The main house, pool and surrounding gardens are for the exclusive use of our guests - however you will be sharing a driveway entrance. Please don't hesitate to contact us prior to your making a booking if you have any questions.

Please note this property is an 80-acre working cattle farm. All barbed wire paddocks and sheds on the property are off limits to the guest. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that the studio suite may be rented to other guest for part or all of your stay in the main house. Please contact us for more details if you would like to book both buildings.


Bedrooms
We offer five bedrooms at Graciosa Byron Bay. Each bedroom can be configured with either a king or 2 x long single beds. Please advise your preference at time of booking.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms at Graciosa Byron Bay. One with a shower/claw foot bath; the second with shower only.

Please note - the house at Graciosa Byron Bay is for the exclusive use of the house guests. No event, large or small, can be hosted on the property without the prior knowledge of the management. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to you being asked to leave the property. You will forfeit all monies paid.

Graciosa Byron Bay is a 80 acre working cattle farm. Our farm workers may be on the property from time to time, tending to our cows and outbuildings. Please keep out of the cow paddocks. Although the cows looks lovely, they can at times be very protective of their young.
