Lovely hotel located in the Old Town. Room was clean and really nice. Breakfast was amazing - hot and cold food and endless coffee😎. They also secured my luggage after checkout so I could spend valued time in their beautiful city.

Awful hotel - stayed 4 nights, only cleaned my room and made my bed once - after I complained that it hadn’t happened for 2 days. Even put sign on door saying clean room to no avail. Attitude of the staff was horrendous- I’d avoid at all costs, truly awful place to stay

Wonderful Hotel in a perfect area within the old town. The room was very clean and beautifully presented. It was warm and the air conditioning wasn't doing a great job but the weather was going through a particularly warm heatwave at the time.

The hotel was well located on the edge of the old town so very convenient. We had a superior room which was ‘ok’. The hotel looked tired but the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice A couple of the things we asked that needed resolution were still not done when we left

Outstanding location just inside the old town, but only 2 blocks from a modern shopping center and 1 block from the opera, orchestra etc. Nice room with 2 chairs TV etc. Breakfast was good, but missing sausage, omelets, and American style bacon. Breakfast attendant was wonderful, keeping everything current.

Location is great, but everything else is disappointing. This cannot be considered a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are dated and amenities are poor. No hand towels or slippers, no complimentary water bottles, rooms will not be cleaned unless you request it. The hotel has no spa or gym, and breakfast selection is poor. Most staff members do not speak English.
