Thank you for noting numerous positive aspects of your stay and the negative as well. Unfortunately, as our hotel is a heritage building protected by UNESCO we cannot install an elevator. But regarding the floor heating we usually never had these issues, please be assured that we will be taking measures to prevent this from ever happening again in the future. Our hope is that you will visit us again in the near future.
