One night stay, last minute
Owner super friendly. We booked last minute same day. Doesnt look like much from the outside but dont let that fool you. Rooms very large and very clean. Microwave and mini fridge. Ice available. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Heat was awesome as it got down to 30 that night.

The family who owns this property is wonderful! When I texted him, they were super professional, friendly, personable, and seemed to really care. The room works much larger than I thought it would be with nice furnishings, and you can’t beat the price.

Very clean
It’s an older motel but very clean. The owners at this little motel are the sweetest and so kind. It doesn’t have all the amenities like a large hotel but if you’re looking for just a place to lay down and rest, it’s very quiet and again very clean. I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in Perry next month

Decent place for the area. The owners like to make up their own policies and change them on a whim. This caused a couple inconveniences but it wasn't horrible. They also like to get a bit too personally involved with the guests. Even though privately owned, this is a business and they should remain professional and maintain consistent policies.

Clean clean clean ...
The room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and looked renovated. Exterior and surroundings nice and clean too. Had micro and fridge but no coffee maker. We only used the fridge. Ice machine available. For the size of the room the TV was too small. All in all it exceeded our expectations and wouldn't stay anywhere else on future trips to Perry.

Comfortable and clean.
It was very clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating, waiting to see if I needed another night as I worked the Hurricane Helene event. The price was out of sight as the online hotel companies jacked up the price 3 times the regular rate as people were evacuating for Hurricane Milton.
