People were nice, place was nice but there was a very strong odor of onions or garlic in our room. Someone was cooking some strong food. I was in the 3rd floor.

The staff was very nice and friendly. We got a free upgrade which was very nice. Bed mattresses were more on the soft side rather than firm. It’s fairly new facility so it is generally in good condition. However the carpet showed it wasn’t vacuumed, the shower wasn’t nicely wiped to the shine. Breakfast was good with variety of items

Customer service was amazing. My only complaint is that my room did feel kinda humid and did have a slight odor. Overall i would stay there againjust maybe not in the same room.

Our stay was perfect, I cant complain about anything. Only the elevator was messing up. Other than that we were very pleased. Thank you very much.This wasn't our first time,and it won't be our last.

Good trip
One night stay over going to the FSU football game. Stay was comfortable and breakfast was perfect. Used the charging station for my truck. Only took 4 hours to fully charge up.

The room at first appeared clean, but i had to call the desk and rhe phone was disgustingly dirty. The shower track and shower head were dirty. The carpet at window w was the sane, dirty.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The free continental breakfast was satisfactory however, I had to kill a palmero bug that was crawling on my bag as I was finishing my breakfast. The initial room I was given, had a foul damp sour smell and the toilet was dirty. The front desk worker was very helpful, apologized and gave me another room. This room, the bathroom was clean, however. It had the same foul, damp sour smell and the fire detector was missing. I remained in this room for the night.

Hotel wasn’t taken care of. It needs a renovation. Too expensive for what I got. It was $168 with taxes. That’s a lot. Only good thing was the EV charger.

1st room we were in smelled really bad and had mold spots all over lamp shade. Was moved to another room which smelled better but trash and food particles under bed and just seemed over all dirty.
