The hotel is in need of a total renovation. Our room had a hole in the bathroom floor tiles, a water leak around the tub had caused visible mold growth, there was a cigarette burn hole in the bedding, multiple poorly patched holes in the walls, and was generally dirty (pink growth in toilet, blue circles on tub that appeared to be from a shaving cream can, etc). I have small children and didn’t feel comfortable letting them stay there, so we immediately checked out and went somewhere else which was much cleaner and updated. I will say the staff were easy to work with and refunded us our room. But I was honestly shocked at the condition of this hotel.

We evacuated from Riverview, FL due to Hurricane Milton. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Overall our stay was very good.

We are so pleased with Comfort Inn however we we disappointed with the fact the staff couldn’t get a service person to get our TV working. After 3 hours after checking in, we returned from dinner, I fixed it. Took me an hour but reconnected it. Then we wanted to go out to the pool and was informed it was closed. Breakfast was very good. Marion made everything very comfortable in the dining room.

Stay elsewhere. Room was very damp, strong musty odor was terrible. Had to wash all clothes when I got home because everything smelled like the musty room. Disgusting sewer smell in the parking lot. No clean towels available at night or in the morning the last day of my stay.

Room was spacious with comfortable bed. No housekeeping unless requested. Breakfast was inconsistent but there was scrambled eggs and link sausage (some days better than others) yogurt, cereal and ability to make waffles. Coffee dispenser not always refilled timely - needed to use decaf to top off cup. A good place to stay overall for a comfortable night’s sleep.
