房間大，靠近台東火車站
接待人員態度親切，房間很大，因春節塞車來不及趕上入房時間，提早電話聯繫告知，所幸服務人員願意等候，附近有很多公有停車格；我們訂ㄧ間6人房2台車，停車很方便，住宿近卑南文化遺址開車只需5分鐘，門票才$30且免費停車，超推薦可以去看！

住的舒適舒服有附加早餐，環境也算乾淨，若只是休息一晚很不錯了，民宿有隻狗狗很乖，早餐現煎荷包蛋很讚。

房間很大沒錯 但浴室霉味很重 花灑也發霉嚴重 還有一隻大蟑螂 最糟糕的床單有顆粒感 睡起來癢癢的

網路評語不可盡信 那天整棟沒其他旅客。給的房間與圖片不符，是一樓廁所硬擠出一間房，沒窗、床的彈簧頂的很不舒服。 整個晚上一直醒，早上不到6:30就趕快離開。

房間很大的也乾淨 距台東新火車站近 但是到市區車程約有15-20分鐘 住宅區附近很多民宿 停車方便早餐有稀飯 吐司 荷包蛋 肉片 水果 紅茶
