環境不佳，待改善
老闆人很熱情，還帶路停車，但是 1.半夜外面有人在說話吵到不行 2.早上6點多換其他房客大聲喧嘩加鬧鈴響起也不關，隔音很差 3.馬桶不知那裡破水滴滴答答，廁所地板沒乾過 4.晚上還有蟑螂跑進來 5.門鎖鏈也斷了 建議環境改善

有停車位很方便，早餐是手工製作，基本簡單但好吃舒適 老闆娘比較不親切，但還可以 房間還算舒適 但跟浴室的接縫有漏水 地點很方便，離老街很近

會讓人回味的早餐
去九份老街超近不遠的，老闆娘的早餐熱飲讓人覺得很滿足，他們附近的停車空間很多。

절대 비추입니다
지우펀에서 숙박하신다면 캐리어를 끌고 가야할텐데 여기 업소는 길 찾기도 어렵고 꾸불꾸불한 계단을 한참 올라 가야 합니다겨우 도착했는데 로비에 사람이 없습니다.고래고래 소리 치니 사람이 나오는데 숙박 명부를 보더니 예약이 안되어 있답니다. 예약 어플 켜고 보여주고, 확정메일 번역해서 보여주고 방에 입실하지도 못하고 한참을 실랑이했습니다.결국 방을 내주었는데 우리가 예약한 방이 아니어서 또 사진 보여주며 방 바꾸어 달라고 시간 허비 했습니다.방상태는 80년대 우리나라 여관 수준이며 이불에서 냄새까지 났습니다. 일부러 창문 있는방 예약 했는데 창문은 마감처리하여 열리지도 않습니다. 방음은 최악인데 저녁에 중국 무리들이 로비앞에서 술먹고 소리 질러도 주인이 이무런 제재도 하지 않아 스트레스까지 최악 이었습니다. 시설, 위치, 방컨디션,서비스 모든게 최악 이었습니다 정말이지 장점 하나 못 찾은 유일한 숙소 였습니다

予約した内容と部屋が違った。予約した際に画面に出てきた部屋はすでに違う外国人がチェックインしていた。予約より、狭い部屋だった。案内役のスタッフが中国語しか話せず、英語も通じず日本語もさっぱりで、対応が困難になっていた。 ただ、日本語のわかるおばさんが作った朝食のサンドイッチはおいしかった。
