The staff is top notch. Friendly and helpful. The ammenities are thoughtful. Like adaptors available for borrowing and a massage chair in the basement. The location is convenient. I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean , nice and neat. Staff service is excellent. I have them hold my luggages when I explored another cites of the country. When I got back they even have my luggage ready in the room when I checked in .

Via Hotel Taipei Station has been our go-on stay in Taipei. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the NTU MRT station. The hotel front desk staff are very helpful. We love the design of the bath facilities in the room. Will stay again for our next Taipei trip

While breakfast is not provided, complimentary food and beverages are available. All necessary amenities are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. There are three train stations within an 8 to 10-minute walking distance. Ximending is approximately a 11-minute walk away. Alternatively, a Grab ride to Ximending costs approximately 85 TWD for those who prefer not to walk.

Area - 15 walk to main station and 20mins to ximending shopping hub. Room - good essentials with warm white bulbs. Water pressure is good. Downside is that you hear the bathroom water pipes working from other rooms. Im a light sleeper and this posed a problem for me. Single top load washing machine available shared by all guests. Be patient in queing as the area is also non-aircon. Water, coffee, tea and light snacks located at the common area. Convenience stores and cafe nearby Check in at 1500H and out by 1200H Staff are not well versed with English so have a translator app ready. I really like Yvonne, she tried to explain what I needed.

The property is not too far from the MRT/ train stations. There are many shops in the area and lots of food options. The actual property is small but boutique. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Yvonne was so pleasant. I would definitely recommend Via Hotel to other travelers on a budget.
