My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the Shangri La Far Eastern hotel from September 18-21 in rooms 1915 and 1907. Our stay was average but could be better. There was a long strand of hair that were not ours in one of the clean towels and on our last night, we spotted and had to kill a roach that were in our bathroom (room 1907). Both discoveries made my family and I feel very discouraged by the comfortness and cleanliness standards that the Shangri La should provide.

The staff are very friendly, polite , and helpful. Food are excellent. Staff at the Cafe are very attentive to our need.. The facility is very clean.

The staff isn't friendly, isn't helpful. We waited for whole afternoon to check-in. The Hotel Lobby staff don't even bother their customers wait for how long! This is an very bad customer service.

以下の理由により期待はずれ。 部屋は広かったが、湿気臭(カビ臭い)が気になって、快適には過ごせなかった。部屋に置いてあったウェルカムパイナップルケーキは消費期限が間近なものだった。ネスプレッソマシーンは事前にお湯を流してすすいだところ、茶色い汚れが出てきて汚かった。 サービスは至って普通。

We stayed only 1 evening, as we were making our way home from our travels in Asia. Shangi-La Taipei was everything I needed. Luxuriously appointed room, pool and spa, with every amenity you may require. Staff excellent. (Thanks, Sae, for your assistance upon check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location with access to shopping. Our room had a great view of Taipei 101. The breakfast options were plentiful even with western type comforts in addition to international options. We had a very late flight departure time and the hotel gave us a flexible option for late checkout which was extremely helpful.
