Great customer service and super accomondating. We arrived at the hotel super early (6am) as our flight landed at 5am. They were able to let us store our suitcases with them and use their ammendities. It was amazing getting a nice hot shower and spa after our 12hours flight.

Great location... Walking distance to many things and equally easy to jump in Uber or on subway to get elsewhere. The pool and sauna/spa were perfect for our family of three (went twice a day!). We didn't pre-purchase the breakfast buffet but ended up taking advantage of it for half our stay (nice range of options that pleased the vegetarian, the 9-year old, and me--the omnivore).

We stayed 8 nights at Miramar Garden and felt very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and the AC worked well. Noise from the traffic was minimal. The tea and coffee making facilities are nice to have as were the free snacks. The pool area was well-tended and the sauna area very clean. We checked out on the last day in the morning and we allowed to use the shower facilities before leaving for an evening flight which was much appreciated. Staff were friendly, helpful and always had a warm smile. Highly recommend and would go back

Overall, it is a nice area. The close up view of the overpass is not the most relaxing but not too noisy. The triple room (3 twin beds) was very spacious with a large bathroom. Free in room snacks and drinks. Some walkable dining options but still limited. We took Uber most of the time when we were visiting touristy places. Staff members were pleasant. I would stay here again.
