Love the hotel and the room. Staffs are helpful and welcoming. It’s Taiwan, you can’t go wrong with the service. I accidentally left my money and passport in the safe box after checking out, they sincerely worried and tracked me down to make sure I get my belongings back before flying out. I am grateful for their service and will def stay here again.

Even though it is not a world famous hotel brand, the hotel was really professional and everything worked well. The rooms were bright, classically modern and comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. Overall the hotel was very clean and functional. The rooms were stylishly designed. Housekeeping service was also quick and efficient. Very good value for money. I will definitely come back to stay again. Good for business or personal stays.

Great hotel overall with helpful staff, attentive service and clean rooms. Breakfast however was very disappointing, particularly the egg station in which the eggs were very sloppy, no effort put in. Definitely suggest skipping the breakfast buffet and go for other options nearby.

Excellent stay at the property. Everything was well thought out and thought through for travelers, from the wooden tabletop to place handheld items next to the toilet, complimentary snacks for guests, heated lights in the washroom, among others. The receptionist even noticed it was my birthday a few days ago and gave us two free bottles of champagne. Will definitely be back again!
