また利用したい
・台北駅から地下街を利用できるため、大雨でも少々濡れる程度なので問題なし。 ・いつも松山空港利用なので何とも言えないが、桃園空港利用者には便利かも（MRT駅まで直線で迷うことはない。下手に地下街に入ったほうが迷う確率大。） ・温水洗浄便座はありがたいが、紙を流せない点だけ残念。 ・ランドリーは24時間使用できて便利。

This hotel describes itself as a Japanese brand - falsely alluding to that as its overall standard, which it is not. Most staff were friendly and efficient. Free coffee was better than the coffee we had at another Japanese 5-star we stayed at prior. Public areas look dated though branded/renovated as a new hotel. The bathroom smelled like a sewer with bugs flying around. Shower doors couldn't hold water. Room service was unpleasant when asked for more towels to dry the floor OURSELVES as if we did something wrong. The laundry room was clean with thoughtful facilities. Washing machines have Chinese directions only but the dryers are bilingual. Room rate was close to 4-star level but felt like a 2-star.

clean but flawed hotel
very clean with good flooring (not carpet) but room humidity was too high despite using dehumidifier function. first room had a faulty AC which made noise. second room had a poor smell from the plumbing and a rattling wall panel that shook eith passing traffic. laundry facilities were good, though. the room is small.

Cleanliness is top notch, we feel so comfortable being in the room. But sound proofing is poor, we got woken up every night when next door came back and close the door, also when there is someone talking in the hallway it feels like they are just next to us, we can hear everything.

Simple and fuss free hotel with friendly staff. Within walking distance to Taipei main station which is extremely convenient. Surprised to find out there is free laundry washer and dryer services on premise.
