The hotel was conveniently located to Taipei MRT station. Braved typhoon Kong Rey during my stay. Hotel service overall good and safe. Provided eco cleaning and best of all the socket is catered to Asian travellers such that travel adapter is not required. Overall satisfied with location and comfort. Will definitely stay again.

The USB points in the room is not working at all and the toilet condition (tap, mirror n bathtub's sliding glass door) are not very good. We hope our upcoming return stay will be in a better condition room

I would definitely come back to this hotel! Close enough to Ximendeng and close to Taipei main station. The staff were nice, and the lobby smelled lovely every time we passed by. The only setback is the in room WiFi, which worked most of the time, but there were some times where it was slow/didn’t work.

The location is central and conveniently close to the MRT, making it easy to get around. Overall, everything was satisfactory, except for the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool, reaching 27°C at night.

This hotel is outdated and in need’s of a renovation. Carpet stained, not enough light for the room, feels very gloomy with the dark light, and AC control is defective in the room. So it freezing cold.
