The staff were so easy to talk to and helpful when we needed assistance. This location is super central to everything and the breakfast is fantastic. Beds are quite hard but I noticed that seems to be standard in Taiwan

Nice bathroom clean room but people in front desk very grouchy and almost cant speak English. Kudos to Kai who was so good and helpful in our stay here. I will never stay here anymore. Soap is very little, food okay, dirty elevators, and walkway
