I chose the “pay at the hotel” option on the website agreeing to “pay in local currency”. However, this hotel charged my debit card without my authorization. I tried to explain the situation using a translation app since they don’t speak English well. Then the receptionist showed me a translation that said , “no way”. A different receptionist tried to fix the situation the next day, but my card had already been charged. Therefore, I had a negative balance in my U.S. bank account and had to borrow money. It was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrendous upon arrival. It’s not foreigner friendly at all. The hotel should not have “the pay at the hotel” option if they are going to charge your debit or credit card regardless.

When arrived, was informed that check in was only at 9:00pm even though check in time on booking was 7:30pm. Then was told that unable to keep our bags as didn't have space. When in room, we could hear noise from singing from the upstairs room as well as loud draining from the baths above. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Lastly, the wifi was bad and consistently turning off the internet access

不好的住宿經驗
住宿當晚冷氣壞掉，入住時冷氣溫度調到22度，結果溫度不但沒降下來反而升到27度，就這樣熱到睡不著，一直跟櫃台反應，櫃台只說從中控那邊可以調節溫度，但是過了一個小時溫度一樣27度，就這樣反應了四次櫃台終於說要叫人來處理，可是當下已經半夜一點多身上沒穿衣服根本不方便讓人進入房內，後來過20分鐘又說要幫我們換房間？半夜一點半還要收拾行李換房？如果早在晚上11點反應時馬上處理不就好了，等到一點半才說要幫我們換房間，最後我只能請櫃台給我一台電風扇勉強撐著睡著，實在是花錢買罪受
