Pinedo's Northshore Condo

Great Lake Tahoe location, close to the lake(NO LAKE VIEW), shopping and dining or just a short drive to skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has nice furnishings, brand new carpet and bedding and offers plenty of room for family and friends. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD in the living room and a TV/VHS combo and computer in the master bedroom. There is a king bed in the master, 2 twins in the first guest room, 1 double in the 2nd guest bedroom. This is split level home with the master of the 3rd floor, living area on the middle floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the lower floor. The large deck is great for entertaining or relaxing in the sun. There is WiFi in the unit. The Northshore condominium complex is surrounded by pine trees and has a beautiful white sand private beach with a deep water pier along Tahoe's north shore. Summer guests have private access to the pool and tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. There are chairs and umbrellas, first come first serve. Parking at this complex is by permit only, up to 2 cars. Great Lake Tahoe location, close to the lake, shopping and dining or just a short drive to skiing at Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Great summer stay
Location is ideal with a short walk to private beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Short drive to Tahoe City and ski resorts. Inside is a bit dated and TV set-up should probably be updated, but roomy and comfortable with a perfect deck for chilling or having dinner. Very good value.

Great customer service! Nice stay at great location
We were quite happy with our stay - the location was great, parking and check-in was easy, and there was plenty of space. What really stood out was the customer service, however. We had initially booked for a weekend that got completely snowed out - our host proactively contacted us to help move our reservation date with no hassle, no fees, or anything like that. We really appreciated it, since it would have been impossible to get to Tahoe for the original reservation, and they made things easy for us. We would gladly book with them again!

Great place and great location.

Hall Family Stay
Beautiful location. Place is very clean but dated. Could use some upgrades in the kitchen and deck area. Make sure to bring shampoo and essentials. Kayaks and paddle boards are not included, beach access with umbrellas and chairs only. Had a great stay!

Townhome is in a beautiful location with beach access. All original appliances and fixtures from 1974. Would be nice to have some soap in the shower and extra toilet paper but it was an inexpensive place to stay.

Great ski cabin!
We just stayed here for a month. It was amazing! Cabin is super cozy and easy. Only tough thing is the wifi is pretty bad, so its hard to work from here. We were told it would get upgraded during our stay but it never happened. But if you are here to be with people, sit by a cozy fireplace, and ski; it's an incredible spot. Only a few minutes from all the restaurants in Tahoe City as well which is super fun.

Bring your own soap
We had a nice stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Most of what you'd need was there. We found it kind of odd there was no soap in the showers. Either provide some kind of body wash or state clearly in your posting that none is provided.

Great spot for a weekend ski trip!
We stayed at this condo for a long weekend during one of the largest winter storms in Tahoe and we were so thankful we did! The condo itself is located super close to Tahoe City and doesn’t have any steep slopes to get to - which is fantastic for heavy snow days. We had some friends who had their cars snowed in during the same weekend, and we were able to get ours out with less than an hour of shoveling. The gas fireplace was also super easy to use and a lifesaver for us. The kitchen was very well stocked for our couple of home cooked meals. Overall a great, convenient and well-priced stay - would highly recommend!

Everything was great except check in process
Stay was good but check in details were never provided. I reached out to the number provided and was told they would send the check code immediately. 1 hour went by, no code. I called back and got the same answer. Hung up and waited 30 minutes to no avail. Called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes while the code was retrieved. A lot more details that added to my frustration but are not included. All of this happened at 7:30 - 9:30 PM btw.

End of summer get away.

Northshore Town Home
The town home was easy to find and get into. We found it to be clean and comfortable, slightly dated. They have recently updated the carpets. We did find that the oven did not work properly. We ended up using the toaster oven. One thing not mentioned on the description is that there is no air conditioning. It was very stuffy during the day. We closed the windows and blinds to help keep the heat out and then opened the windows at night. They do have small fans in all the bedrooms and also one window fan for the master upstairs. None of the units have air conditioning, but it would have been nice going into the rental.

Great location for family trip
We loved our stay! Walked my kiddos down to the beach and drove into town for little adventures. The house was simply but adequately appointed, which was particularly nice with small children who like to touch everything. Many thanks for the perfect escape from the smoke and the city.

Comfortable Property w great location
Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 10-12) enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Proximity was fantastic to a private beach as part of the condo community, tahoe city right down the street for food and groceries. Paddleboard rentals nearby in Tahoe City at Commons beach was minutes away by car. Overall we had a great experience and would return again.

Good basic condo with easy access to beach
Not a luxury stay, but clean, quiet, and close to the beach. We got the sense that the owners don't invest a lot in the rental unit -- inexpensive linens, stained carpet, old appliances, plastic table on the deck, etc -- but everything did seem clean and worked, so we can't complain too much. After all, we picked this place because it was more affordable than other rentals of similar size in the area.

Fun and games at Tahoe
I thought the condo was really great. The neighborhood’s were quiet and the location was central to all our adventures. The only issue was that the master bedroom was too hot. I would suggest putting a portable fan in the master!

Simple is good
Best feature is the private beach access. Kayak parking, a helper on the beach and chairs and umbrella. Nice! Second is the deck on the main floor. Up high with tree view. Condo fills the bill although a bit cramped in bedrooms, baths and kitchen.
