Enjoy your Tahoe vacation in this loved family home in Tahoe City. This home features all of Tahoe’s must haves, fireplace in living room, lovely deck, close to town, Skylandia Beach, bike trails, and prime mountain resorts.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with all the amenities in the kitchen for that social cook. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have a beautiful south facing deck to sit with a cup of coffee or good book.

Nine people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have one of the master bedrooms with private bathroom, and the bunk room with an extra twin bed, kitchen living room and dining area. The lower floor features another master suite with private bathroom, and another bedroom with a king bed, hallway bathroom and laundry area.

Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some .

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

Spacious home, nice location
Our family spent 5 days here for the wedding, end of July beginning of August. House is very nice, spacious and accommodated our group comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable. Portable fans and heaters in rooms. Daily temperatures mid 70s to low 80s, with cooler nights in high 50s-60s Fahrenheit.

Excellent property in great neighborhood
The property was as described online and looked like the photos (not always the case!). We were 5 adults and 1 kiddo, celebrating our parents’ birthdays, and had enough space to both unwind alone and convene together as a group. The kitchen is well equipped with tools and dishes. We really enjoyed the deck and quiet neighborhood. Great neighborhood to just walk around and stretch the legs. House is central to many Tahoe destinations.

Clean and well stocked
Two families with teens got away for a long weekend. We love staying in this area, close to Tahoe City and so many great recreation spots. The house was very clean and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for all of our cooking needs. The fireplace offered a nice ambiance.

Last Minute Getaway
We decided to do a last minute Tahoe getaway and were excited that we found a house with such a great location, with such short notice. The house was perfect for our family with easy access to Tahoe City restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent this property again!
