O hotel não tem estacionamento de verdade, na verdade é apenas o estacionamento público em frente, o que é comum em Brasília, mas poderia ser claro no anúncio. As fotos do anúncio são muitos melhores que a realidade, não se anime demais... Os quartos são muito claros a noite toda, peguei um quarto no primeiro andar e tinha um posto em frente à janela... o prédio é pequeno, são três andares (sem elevador) então imagino que os postes acabem iluminando a maioria dos quartos. Além disso, o hotel era absurdamente barulhento a noite. O telefone da recepção tocava a cada dez minutos (eu infelizmente fiquei no quarto perto da recepção), havia barulhos muito altos de porta batendo pelos corredores e um buteco na frente que só foi parar a música bem tarde na noite... A limpeza era bem ruim, tinha um tufo de cabelo gigantesco no box, mas pelo menos a cama parecia bem higienizado... O corredor também estava com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro que só melhorou após a limpeza da camareira na manhã seguinte. Por fim, o café da manhã é bem complicado... Não é ruim, mas se acabar acabou... chegamos para o café por volta de 8:30 e não tivemos problemas, mas às 9:00 a maior parte das coisas já tinham acabado e não tinha reposição, além disso, por algum motivo peculiar uma das suqueiras estava cheia de suco, mas com a torneira quebrada... mas os pães de queijo eram poucos, mas bastante gostosos...

O hotel é simples mas bem cuidado e limpo. Passei uma noite e atendeu perfeitamente as minhas necessidades. O problema foi no café da manhã, cheguei no local 8:20 e não tinha mais nada pra comer. A funcionária me disse até eu teria que espera lá arrumar o salão pra depois ela repor as comidas, tive que sair pra comer em outro lugar pois tinha horário marcado com cliente

Alguns funcionários foram meio grosseiros durante os atendimentos da estadia. Nos incomodamos também com os barulhos de portas batendo de forma repetida no período da manhã! Incomodou bastante... Não possuíam mantinhas/cobertores para dormir, isso deixou a desejar também, apenas lençóis simples. Os azulejos/rejuntes do box do banheiro poderiam ter um maior cuidado, estavam muito sujos. Achei também que poderiam adicionar mais algum ponto de tomada no quarto.

Infelizmente tive um mega constrangimento: Entraram no quarto com cartão ativado pela recepção. Durante a noite estava com a porta fechada inclusive com o trinco de dentro ativado (não estava funcionando) e novos hóspedes receberam o mesmo quarto que o meu, me viram deitado e todos ficaram constrangidos com esse erro enorme. Liguei na hora na recepção e o colaborador disse que iria averiguar, depois ligou informando que foi um erro no sistema, mas Não pediu nem desculpas pelo ocorrido, era o mínimo. Gosto do Hotel mas esse erro é grave e poderia ter causado uma situação muito mais sensível. Não confiem no trinco de dentro!
