The hotels lobby is beautiful and the bar tender was very friendly and made some delicious drinks. I liked how modern the elevators felt having touch screen controls. The room was nice but a bit simple in design. The bathroom however was very beautiful with the all class counter top and having the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was splendid. If I am ever need to stay in Tacoma again I will be staying there again if possible.

Breakfast was disgusting. Fed my toddler stale cereal. The bread was old. They had no options whatsoever. If you plan to stay here plan on going out for breakfast.

My stay
Freezer in the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. TV worked for about 5 minutes then it went black but you could still hear the station. Told this to the front desk they said that they would try to reset the system. Still didn't work. Also the toilet had a crack on the left side of the toilet seat wasn't very comfortable when it pinched your skin.

Hotel Murano is a lovely hotel with so many gorgeous pieces of glass artwork throughout the lobby. They put most art galleries to shame! My room was very spacious with a lovely view. The little bar area was welcoming and the gentleman behind the bar was a pro! Even with a fairly large number of guests (he was the only server at that time) he was able to attend to everyone quickly, and with a great smile.
