very well kept property and staff are great. Breakfast great. Hotel is right up against the highway so you hear every truck zoom by, probably the loudest in this way of any place I have stayed. Earplugs provided if this bothers you. The room was great, price was great.

Very noisy with freeway traffic nearby. Noise from other guests in the hallway. There was a fight between guests that woke us at 3am and continued for at least an hour. No security personnel responded. Another guest told us he went to the front desk to report the disturbance but there was no staff there.

We switched hotels from red lion Kent to this one because red lion was dirty, drug infested and had massive issues at check in being charged twice. This hotel was friendly, clean and a much better stay

Staff was great. My only issue was jacuzzi in the suite didn’t have enough hot water. Told the front desk staff and they took care of me right away! I will definitely stay here again!
