I liked that it was central to other things we wanted to do in the area. The hotel was nice. It was noisy, we could hear people in the halls, doors slamming and a constant motor like sound from our room. The soap dispensers were not filled. There was no water they said we had to get our own for the coffee maker. Some of the staff were rude. There lack of acknowledgment and some seemed annoyed that if I asked a question they had to look or find the answer. This was from the center and non smoking area bars. The other person was from the bakery spot.

I like it because is convenient for anything to do in Seattle and Tacoma, I didn’t like that the smell of cigarettes smokes from the casino is starting to sip in to the hotel overall was clean my room needed more cleaning and the door was not in it’s track at the bottom and the toilet sit was moving too much, there no refilling of supplies ei toilet , hand soap and body wash it doesn’t look like the stuff takes a closer look of things that are missing etc

They had no parking for my 8ft6” tall sprinter van . Been told different instructions on where to park by different people. The 2 front desk guys were not agreeing . I was told to park in the street where a bunch of homeless people living out of their cars were parked for the night . Then spoke to security people outside and told me I can park on loading area . To get to the hotel with baggages they won’t let you in through the main entrance. You will have to go thru the garage where my van did not fit . Stuff at front desk were confused and did not know their job well . Restaurant at the top has hood food , prices are way too high. Not staying there again .
