Inexpensive gem in federal way
We booked the hotel locally because our house was out of power due to a storm. Because of that they were very busy. That did not impact my ability to check in quickly, for my kids to use the pool, or for us to eat breakfast. We had no issues during our stay!

This hotel is amazing! The staff is absolutely incredible. Cannot say enough amazing things regarding the staff. We suffered a power outage while on our stay and the staff handled it incredibly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Every employee I had dealings with went above and beyond to help me with whatever it was I needed. Especially Bobby the night manager - amazing. If I could give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough.

Sketchy Beyond Belief-- Stay Somewhere Else
We chose this hotel for a staycation and regretted it from the moment we walked in. The hotel contained many, many sketchy characters. The hotel first placed us on the bottom floor. Other patrons both banged on our doors and attempted to get in. We weren't in any way loud, it felt like it was more of a cause to bring us outside the room to either steal from us or do something with some other ulterior motive. It was scary. After a couple of these incidents within one hour we spoke to the hotel staff and they moved us to an upstairs room where we did not experience the previous chaos again. Choose a nicer hotel. It was very unsafe.
