the pool really badly needs tile job done a lot of the tiles where off and on bottom of pool so when kids in the pool they are throwing the tiles.No hot tub like listed on site also one rest rooms by pool was very bad and had a smell when the front desk was called my gf was told the restaurant staff will clean it when they open. in about 3 hours. saw a rat in hallway one night also roaches i saw in room and we also had ants

Nice place. Excellent, very friendly staff. We stayed a week and had our wedding reception here and it was great. Three very good restaurants are a big plus. Highly recommended!

While the area is typical for the Philippines it felt safe and had a lot of options within walking distance. The hotel had a restaurant and a little coffee/desert bar which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tacloban

Parking is a block away where the hotel is. We checked in our room, there was no Bath Towel and no face towel. I had to call reception to bring some to our room. It’s a nice hotel but it smells like dried fish or fish market in the lobby due to it’s in the bust street and city itself. Otherwise they have nice restaurants and friendly staff at the reception desk and restaurants.

We were there by 11:00 am to wait for check in ask for our iDs and the took a picture and told us the check in time is at 3:00 pm . We keep waiting and waiting until 4:30 pm to get our room . Went downter to have dinner at the restaurant. When we come back to our room the floor under the sink have pool of water . And the towels on the shelf were soak . We called thee front desk send someone to our room . He couldn’t fix it he just putt some towels . He said he will be right back his going to talke to the front desk if we can move to a different room . He come back and told us that there is no room available and there is no one to fix the problem that night . He said they will move us the next day by 11:00 am . We move to a different room the next day by 1:00pm .its not what we expected to book a fabulous room . So disappointed this cyz hotel

I was really impressed for the price. I liked all the resturaunts, but the least favorite was the Sishi bar because the Nigiri and Shashimi were room temp. The double burbon i ordered had no bite and seemed watered down. But the free breakfast was wonderful, remember to ask for it to be delivered to your room. If you dont eat at the hotel, just grab krispy King down the street. They live up to their name. The room was wonderful, but the bathroom door was fussy to open and i do not like the 1 room key concept that shuts off the AC when you step out. The staff is great there, but the wifi on the higher floors requires you to use your phone near the door and not near the beds. I wpuld definatly stay again!

Nice room, they kindly upgraded me. There was a 6.0 earthquake while here and the building coped well! No cracks or problems. Absolutely loved the american style restaurant upstairs with live music and great food.
