The staff was very nice. However, there was a very loud party next door that was incredibly disruptive. Finally, at 2:30, I called downstairs to see if anything could be done. The staff was prompt and requested they quiet down. The music was turned down, but the chatter that could clearly be heard next door lasted until 6 AM. The party goers were speaking loudly, but the thin walls pronounced the disruption greatly. I won’t go into everything we were able to hear..,

Amazing experience at this hotel. It is super clean, comfortable, modern and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Good breakfast, and a large selection of snacks and drinks that can be purchased at the front desk. Will absolutely stay here again.

Quiet, clean, well maintained hotel right off the highway. The reception was friendly prompt and attentive. Well appointed room for its size. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast jad a good assortment of selfserve hot and cold options. The gentleman managing the eating area kept things clean and well stocked. He actually stopped to ask how everything was showing how much he cared.

Terrible experience... stay away!!
Booked this hotel for one night stay during a road trip, used hotels.com. I received confirmation email for the booking but when I reached the hotel, the receptionist said I didn't have a booking. I showed her the email, called hotels.com... after one hour of waiting until they were looking into what went wrong... I decided to just book a room myself...the receptionist then told me they had no rooms available. Utter nonsense ... I had to book another hotel nearby myself. They wasted 1.5hrs of my time at night... after a long drive... with my dog waiting and getting anxious. This was the waste experience I had with a Hilton hotel and hotels.com. Terribly managed, horrible service...traumatizing and never booking at another Hilton hotel. Stay away and book with Holiday Inn nearby... they are much friendlier and accomodating!
