Initially the hotel had issues with check in and took over a hour. Our bed had broken springs and shower was broke. Would never stay again. Needs lots of updating.

The breakfast was nice. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was great. We needed more seating for eating. Couch was very uncomfortable. The king bed sheet had large dark stains, unable to use the bed. Furniture and flooring should be updated.

OMG best hotel we have ever stayed at. Clean, smells good, everything works in the room and quiet. We had a very good and relaxing time. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and was only second to the excellent and friendly service of the outstanding staff. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful check-in experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The front desk team greeted me with smiles, quickly processed my check-in, and provided all the information I needed about the hotel and amenities. The lobby ambiance was inviting, clean, and well-designed, which immediately set the tone for a pleasant stay. They even offered me a welcome drink (a nice touch!) and ensured I felt taken care of. Special thanks, to all the staff that went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I’m already impressed and excited for the rest of my stay. Highly recommend starting your experience here with such a positive first impression!

Find another hotel
At check in we were given a room with one double bed, I had reserved a queen. It took about 40 minutes to resolve the problem , 8 o’clock at night, before we could get into our room. There was no housekeeping, but I requested fresh towels for the next day. Fresh towels were thrown into our room, the dirties were left inside, I had to put them outside our door. Theo room didn’t even have a box of tissues for the bathroom, we were told a delivery was delayed…hello, Wegmans is a mile down the road, are you kidding? Just not happy for the price we paid. On the upside, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was outstanding. The food, not so much. Will stay elsewhere next time, there are many other options in the area.
