Key did not work, reflashed it at reception, didnt work again, had to give me a different room. New room had used coffee in pot, TV remote did not work, no kettle, overall very bad.

We arrived at 4:15, our check in time was 3:00 and our room was still not ready. We waited 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned and when we got to it, the sheets were dirty, the room smelled disgusting and there was no soap in the bathroom. Our housekeeper did not speak english so it was difficult to advise what the issue was. The room had a sign indicating check out was at 12 PM, but at 11:05 a staff member asked us to leave.

The staff are great but the room looked a lot better in the pictures than in person. The room had an awful smell to it. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was a little gross. Would never stay there again.

Hôtel was very sketchy, continuing in and out traffic from locals we believe. Hôtel was not clean, needs major TLC, and renovations.
