Staff were great and check in was easy. Bed had dead bug on the pillow when we got in there and the shower wasn't able to be turned on. Hotel was in a desolate looking area with nothing around it.

Staff were excellent. Room was very hot. Turned down the thermostat and was gone for a couple of hours. Still hot, so I just turned the heat off. The desk was busy when I left, so I didn’t wait to tell them. Room 216.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The walls and ceiling seemed thin though. You could hear your neighbors next to you just talking and the people above you walking around. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Eliza especially made breakfast 10x better with how helpful and friendly she was. Shoutout to Eliza!

Excellent experience at this hotel. Absolutely spotless—including the hallways and elevators. Every single staff member we encountered (front desk, breakfast, and housekeeper) was super friendly and pleasant. We had a terrific stay. The property itself is in very good condition and the bathroom was well stocked with supplies.

At every encounter, my wife and I were treated to amazing friendliness and helpfulness from the staff. In my years of traveling, this is the best staff friendliness standard I have ever encountered. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, we were treated with extraordinary hospitable people. The property is clean and well kept, but the location is solitary in an industrial center. Thanks to the staff or making our visit enjoyable.
