The inviting interior features strong natural lighting, with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan creating an ideal spot for family gatherings. Some things to improve
1.Filled trash bags from previous occupant were left on the porch the entire stay.2. Hot tub was dirty, half full, no chemicals available.3. WIFI password worked, but network is different than that described in check in material. Had to find the network that worked with the password.

College Open House Trip
My husband, son and I visited this area to attend Open House at Western Carolina University. The cabin is conveniently located near WCU, downtown Sylva, and Dillsboro. We enjoyed the privacy of the neighborhood, and the hot tub is very nice.

WCU move in
The house is very nice and was very comfortable. The issues we had with this property were: - There was no welcome/ information folder found giving information about the house rules, guest expectations, explanation of devices or area recommendations. Also, the internet/wifi info given in texts and emails did not exist. Luckily we had good service thru our cell provider. - This house had a very minimal to non existent pantry. We travel planning on cooking and bring plenty of food. Many places we’ve stayed at have ample stock or left behind non perishable items. We were very disappointed that there were no seasonings, cooking oils, aluminum foil, etc…

Great memories with the family
The property was nice, the cleanliness was ok. I got the impression the place has been vacant for a bit. Cobwebs on the ceiling fans, but overall it was nice. We had to contact the property manager for assistance with the hot tub, but she was quick to respond and fix our needs right away. The town is great! So many great memories were made! The area was beautiful!
