To leave the property, drive along the beach road towards the beach to Commerzbank and then right into Bohmhoffstrasse. All rooms are on the ground floor. The very sheltered small terrace has a courtyard character. Size about. 70 m². For up to four people. Equipment: The modern furnished apartment has a design flooring. The open kitchen is fully equipped, u. a. with dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a spacious sofa in the living room and the dining area in front of the patio door. Two bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200) are aligned to the quiet courtyard, on which the car parking space is located. One of these bedrooms has its own shower room and a second shower room can be reached from the hallway. In the living room there is a CD stereo system and a TV, a second TV is in one of the bedrooms.
