Rooms were a bit tiny but comfortable. Had to ask for face cloths every day and had to get them to replace used coffee cups and glasses daily. Had to get coffee packets from front desk every day. Liked that you could store your luggage pre check in and after check out.

The computer system was down so we had to wait ages to get checked in. They upgraded us to a large suite, which was great, but it wasn't that clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine but the living and kitchen area had a lot of hair on the floor and it was gritty. The suite was also very noisy even though it was on the 18th floor you could still hear a lot of street noise and then there was some sort of loud hissing noise that went off for 2 seconds every 20 seconds all through the night. Great location though and staff was very nice.

Great location, & staff friendly & helpful. Housekeeping service during stay was good. BUT !! Showers need to be cleaned with a bleach solution & grout brush & they need to vacuum under the beds - between guests, not everyday. Need tea towels in kitchen.

Hotel was a great location, near Town Hall. Bed was comfortable and air con was quiet. You could hear traffic noise as the windows are not double glazed. The room although tidy, could do with a deep clean. The kitchenette was under equipped, eg there was a stovetop but no frypan. Only 2 of everything, so you had to use the dishwasher a lot, also no kitchen sink plug.

The coffee in the rooms and at the hotel entrance was very bad, there was no water to drink anywhere, the minibar was empty. The gift wafer left at our door on New Year's was stale. Apart from these, the toilet and bathroom were clean, there was a smart toilet. The bed was comfortable. It is in a very good location, the fact that the hotel has a parking lot is also a great advantage, but one of the most important things in the hotels I have stayed in is coffee. The fact that there was no water for drinking was a big disappointment.

A couple of needed improvements
The bathroom shower needs to be cleaned with a bleach cleaner & a grout brush. This should be done between guests NOT during daily cleaning. Also under bed vacuuming between guests. I dropped something & saw a lot of debris under the bed, even an old water bottle. Again I would not expect this with daily service, but should be done prior to new check ins. A wipe down of the doors & walls as needed, between guests would be good. A tea towel for the kitchen would be nice. GREAT LOCATION ! Very nice staff
