It is great for younger guests but not for ederly couples like us. The hotel is upscale and well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Situated at Darling Harbour. Centrally located in the CBD area. It is quite easy and not expensive to commute by taxi or uber.

A very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the action. Lots of great restaurants and very walkable. We appreciated that we could check in early. We didn’t enjoy the loud music in the bar/reception area. We would have spent more time there if it had been more peaceful. Our suite was nice and modern with a kitchen and a dining room table and a sofa. The bed was on the harder side. The housekeeping was good but we had a lot of unnecessary knocking on our door for different things. Once they came in without knocking while we were eating at the dining table. Overall we enjoyed it, and would probably come back.

In the heart of darling harbour its within walking distance of everything you need. Service was amazing, staff were really attentive and quick to respond to any of our needs. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The rooftop pool on 29th floor has the best view of Darling Harbour. Didnt get to dine in for dinner, but their breakfast was amazing. Definitely would recommend the W Sydney for a stay.
