We had no maid service and kids were running up and down the halls yelling. The bathroom needs to be gutted and redone as the grout for the tiles was black with mildew stains.

Ive stayed here before with decent satisfaction but this recent stay was terrible the condition of the room was terrible, the bathroom was dirty the fixtures were rusty and the shower grout was moldly, looked like there was a water leak overhead. And ontop of everywhere the bedding was stained and dirty. I had a booking to stay here again for two more nights in December but will be booking somewhere else now.

Comfortable stay
Hotel is older but was clean and comfortable. Gym is large. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was okay. Mostly bread products. Small amount of boiled eggs, egg whites, bacon and very overcooked potato patties and sausage. Would return if in the area again. Staff are friendly

Comfy and warm place to stay
We ended up staying here for 5 days after our ferry was cancelled. It was obvious that they were prepping for the off season, so our first room didn't have a working tv. They moved us to another room which also was missing some regular items but again it's off season and they were doing upgrades and dealing with leaks from the incessant rain. All the staff were amazing every day as we kept rechecking in and extending our stay. The bed was so comfy, and we will definitely stay again. The only down side was the heater was VERY loud so it was very over stimulating.

They Try!
This hotel is showing signs of being very tired! They try but it is in need of renovation! It is your typical hockey tournament hotel! Very disappointed in the fact that everything in the breakfast room was throw away! Paper products and plastic utensils! Come on people, dust off your glass plates and flatware and glasses and cups! It’s the new rage! You have two absolutely wonderful girls working in the breakfast room that deserve honourable mention!

The property has hot pool and multiple indoor games which are included with the stay and decent breakfast. Already stayed there twice it has everything which is needed for good hotel
