Slightly disappointed
A little disappointed for the first time after multiple stays. Was booked in an unrenovated room even though hotel was mostly empty. Bathroom was not in good shape. Breakfast wasn’t very appetizing, especially on the second day. It was evident that food was probably reheated from day before, because went to breakfast first thing and you could tell the items were not fresh.

Not impressed with outside entrance.
Stay at your hotel was good however on arrival we looked at the front entrance and we’re not impressed as the door glass and windows were so dirty we all most drove away however we went inside to see a much cleaner hotel.

The only issue that I had with my hotel room at this property was that the land line phone in our hotel room 122 did not work. There was no dial tone and when I told staff, they said the person to fix it was not working at the time but that they would call him but nobody came to fix the phone. I did have a cell phone i used of my own but hotel room should always have a working land line phone in case needed.

Reasons it's cheap. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Stains evreywere. They need to upgrade and replace all there pillows and towels. Hot tub was missing half the water and wasnt recirculating hot water so it was cold and jets would shoot out in the air. Sauna is nasty and closed for a reason. It's in a good area.

At first look, it seemed ok. Bed was very uncomfortable (king size). Only had three little pillows for the bed. Mould noticeable. Could not sleep , woke up with backaches at 4:30 a.m and couldn’t ge back to sleep due to the mattress. No hot water for shower(Luke warm-tolerable). Breakfast was not that great! Not a lot of choices and not refilled for the amount of people in the dining room. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly enough and like I stated above, at first glance it seemed good after a long drive . Maybe with some major renovations it would be better.

Property is very dated and appears to have a floor that is being used for residential purposes. As a result, the smell in the entire hotel was that of foreign cuisine and was unpleasant during the stay. This place is a dive, avoid it and spend a few extra bucks for a clean, convenient and comfortable stay elsewhere
