Not sure about the new check in arrangements. Nevertheless it works ok. Check out was very quick. Stayed many times at this hotel. Its easy and convenient. We had a quiet space which was nice. I will stay again next year.

I liked the online check in feature & was lucky enough to be able to check in earlier than I had planned. The hotels says the rooms are soundproofed, but I doubt it. I was on the 15th floor that looked down on the outside bar at Australia Square & heard music blaring each week night. I only bring this up because they boast about the sound proof rooms & they most definitely aren't
