One Bedroom has ensuite. Each bedroom accesses a private terrace.

Natural herringbone floorboards throughout and stone floor and wall tiles adorn each of the luxuriously appointed bathrooms.

Open planned kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining.

Comfortable designer furniture throughout with no expense spared.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Getting Around:
Steeped in history, The Rocks possesses a rare inner-city village charm. This is modern living of a completely timeless nature. Nowhere else will you find markets, art galleries, cafés and restaurants framed by terracotta rooftops, sandstone walls and unmissable views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

The pictures and price reflect a lux property, much smaller than expected, property tired, hairs in the bath, very abrupt communication when I submitted my id incorrectly. Over the top re I’d and visitor policy. Regret booking with regards to value for money as well. Very expensive for what it was

Great Location and Property
We had a wonderful stay at the Terrace in The Rocks in Sydney. This property is in a great location for touring Sydney. It is close to Circular Quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge and in a trendy neighborhood filled with restaurants and shops. It also has a peek-a-boo view of the bridge! We were two families (a couple and a family of three). There was plenty of room for all of us and the apartment was well appointed. The apartment is relatively new and has a lot of modern touches and appliances. The property manager was responsive anytime we had a question. I would stay in this apartment again, the location can't be beat and the layout works well for two families.

Great location, walking distance to food and fun. Attention to details - the quality of the pillows and linens were much appreciated, especially after a long flight. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were also not your run of the mill. Very clean. Everything at this property is a notch above, luxury comes to mind - for a family of 5 this property was perfect choice.
