Summary:
Located in the heart of Redfern, this light-filled one bedroom, one bathroom open-plan apartment comes with air-conditioning, heating, and expansive views. It's a short stroll to a large selection of eateries and bars, as well as 2 minutes walk to Redfern train station, 10 minutes to the University of Sydney and Carriageworks Arts hub, 20 minutes to the CBD (Downtown) and Broadway Shopping Centre. The Royal Prince Alfred hospital is also close by.

The Space:
Filled with natural light, this professionally styled apartment has both air-conditioning and heating and features an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area with separate bedroom. The living area has a flatscreen TV and a comfy sofa which folds out to a bed if needed for one person. A single extra bed in the adjoining study room can also be set if needed. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors double as windows to expansive views of Sydney. There's a dining table for two and the kitchen comes fully appointed, including a dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven and gas cooktop.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and more floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors which lead out to a balcony with a table and two chairs, as well as glorious views of Sydney's CBD (Downtown), Anzac Bridge and suburbs. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and overhead shower, and laundry facilities include both a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Redfern residents can be found enjoying a cosmopolitan lifestyle, eating out and catching up with friends in the many local cafes, bars and restaurants, including those directly downstairs to the apartment. Day-to-day amenities are also close by, with a supermarket, newsagent, boot maker and other desirable services within walking distance. It’s also a short walk to Broadway Shopping Centre, Paddy’s Markets, the CBD, Victoria Park, the University of Sydney and Prince Alfred Hospital.

Getting Around:
Although the apartment is well located for walking where you want to go, it’s also only two minutes on foot to Redfern train station with regular services to the CBD, Circular Quay, the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and the airport (international and domestic terminals).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.


* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.

Lovely Apartment
It was difficult to find as entrance to building as it was not on the street listed. It was kind of weird to have to meet someone and have them walk us up to the apartment and give us a tour. Overall the place was great. The location was ideal--close to train station and supermarket. We enjoyed our time there!

Convenience to everything
We stayed five nights and found our location perfect for exploring Sydney. Groceries and restaurants were right there. The view from the balcony was interesting especially if you like trains. It was noisy outside from the street noise but not unbearable. We loved the visits from the rainbow lorikeets.

Great apartment in great location. Opposite Redfern station and two supermarkets close by. Apartment felt large for one bed with great balcony off lounge. Would definitely stay again. Good communication from property manager team and Suzi was very helpful.

Our first trip to Australia from the US and we felt welcomed and comfortable in the Redfern unit. Be aware there is no heat in the bedroom (we came at the start of winter), but the concierge was right when she said the sun would warm up the entire unit. Perfect location, access to shopping and restaurants, and right across the street from the train station. Highly recommend.

The layout was great with separate sleeping areas but think a single bed in the office area would be better vs the pull out couch. We never were able to get hot water out of the tap so only had warm-water showers. The neighborhood is great - close proximity to Redfern Station with access to several train lines (however there was construction going on so we experienced quite a bit of noise) and lots of grocery, pubs, etc close by.
