The front desk staff go out of their way to be helpful and make one’s stay excellent. This is a newly renovated facility with new furniture, linens, kitchen equipment, carpeting and it is all spotless. this is an apartment hotel so bring your earplugs because it is also central to traffic and transportation into the city. It is very close to the domestic and international airports and a 10 minute walk to the Mascot station trains into town. There are numerous bus routes very close by and lots of good local eateries and grocery stores. Also, very convenient to car rental agencies.

Bed is very comfortable, pillows perfect. The shower reminded me of a dripping facet. You practically had to run around underneath it to get wet.
