Staff from at Gowings were incredible. There was a stand out though, I think his name was Jackson. Very knowledgeable, great humour and made us feel at home. Our only issues were with the room. Our towels were stained, the fridge had a strong odour and also had an open carton of milk in there.

The hotel is great, location was perfect, the room was beautiful. My only complaint was that it was so dark. I found the lack of lighting frustrating. Walking from my room to elevator or reverse made me a little nervous. In saying that I’d still stay there again.

The hotel was one of the most beautiful we had stayed in. The concierge, Rachel, made our stay extra special. She connected with my daughter over a mutual love of Korean pop music and created a welcoming feeling to our entire family. She is an asset to the hotel and should be commended for her service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached was lovely with beautiful decor. Surprisingly quiet given the location places you in the best position for accessing all the city attractions, as well as shopping on your doorstep. Was planning on buying some beauty pampering goodies but didn’t bother when I saw they had Kevin Murphy products. Bonus!
