Good location and spacious rooms. Nice hotel although breakfast is pricy. $30 if you book the night before. Our shower was very poor. Spoke to receptionist who said they’d send someone to fix it. The problem was still there the next morning which was disappointing as that was the only downside to the hotel.,

Lovely, welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. Clean and spacious room, great room service for food and drinks, very convenient valet parking. The hotel is also in a great location.

The property itself was convenient and comfortable. However the shower had very low pressure. Also, when I checked out, the staff allowed me to use "Discovery points" to pay for the car parking. But a few weeks later the manager REVERSED this decision and demanded me to pay for the car parking. Despite my complaints that the staff had already agreed to the parking payment using earned Discovery points, there was no waiving of this fee. The staff /management need to be clear and upfront on their charges and if they make mistakes, should accept responsibility for their errors.

Corridors needed vacuuming , walls marked significantly , breakfast closes way too early hold on my card for $100 per day (two rooms) unnecessary especially given 5 working days to remove and given no mini bar or anything to mention. We moved from here to the Hyatt on Sussex Street and they charged $1 dollar and stark difference . Anyway point being that for 3 nights from 30/12 to 02/01 I paid $5,500 and if your going to charge this sort of money you need to do better Park Royal and not charge 5 star prices at a barely 3 star level . 😡
