First impression.. Not a hotel style we were used to. Took an hour at most before we fell in love with every aspect of this fabulous hotel. It was fun and bright and full of life. Love love,loved it. Will be back!!

Note they do not take cash for anything. My credit card did not compute so I had to leave without breakfast and I had to scrounge a trip in the taxi from a fellow traveller. The wash basin didn’t fit in the bathroom and was in the hall. It is a long walk to the airport and the footpath does not reach the hotel. You are better off staying in the city and taking the train to the airport! No chance of me coming back

The place is immaculate and quaint. Very comfortable and cozy bedding. Live the panoramic view of the city. However, It’s too far from the train station. The hotel shuttle bus is not free. Needed another reservation to ride the shuttle bus. That doesn’t make sense when you’re a registered hotel guest. No shuttle bus before 5 am when you need to be at the airport by 4 am.

Area doesn’t suit the brand… small rooms and lack of luggage storage doesn’t suit an airport hotel. There is no public transport or anything worth walking to around the hotel with minimal facilities in the hotel due to the brand. The staff all thought pleasant are absolutely useless it’s as if it’s everyone’s 1st day everyday this is my 2nd time staying and same both trips.

An ok stay by the airport
It is ok place for one night near the airport. There are several staircases to get into the hotel lobby, had to carry all the luggage by ourself. I asked for a room with city view but the reception gave us a room facing airport.
