Great Mosman spot close to ferries
Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Wayne’s studio. It is close to all public transport and a great way to base yourself when Sydney. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in the kitchen is very well equipped.

Wayne was able to promptly help us with a couple of things that needed attending to. But we enjoyed the stay in this neat studio on the 6th floor. There is an elevator and good security. Amazing view from the rooftop too. Very hilly for walking, but a beautiful area.

70s/80s highrise apartment in nice, quiet area.
Nice area. 70s or 80s style apartment has been renovated, but finish could be better - there are a few loose ends which need tidying up. Very quiet, and all necessary amenities in the room. Could do with a little more light. Opening the hinged shutters made a difference, but involved a little rearranging of the furniture. A little more local information in the Welcome folder would be useful eg links to bus and ferry timetables, and local places of interest.

Excellent stay ~ highly recommend!
My husband and I recently stayed here for a week. It suited our needs perfectly! The unit was clean, had all basic amenities. The check in process was easy. Perfect location to get to the City. Lovely area. The host was prompt in communication and went out of their way to facilitate us. A huge thanks for everything!

A very pleasant stay even when having to stay inside because of the Covid 19 restrictions!
Wayne is a very friendly and helpful host The apartment has great views and access to a variety of harbour side walks which we enjoyed. There is lift access and public transport options are good because it is positioned between 2 ferry wharves and also has a bus stop/ service right outside the building. We found the kitchen and bathroom very serviceable, clean and well equipped (would be nice to have a few more pieces of crockery) and the bed very comfortable. The wifi is sometimes a little slow but on the whole not too bad.

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay
Everything was clean when we arrive, the neigbourhood is quiet and the building too. Super nice views of all the city from the comun terrace. The place is conected by bus to Military Rd where you can take a bus to the city and also the Ferry wharf is really close to the apartment too. Is a studio but the kitchen and bathroom are spacious enough and the bed is quite big. Totally recommend.

Superb location with a great view from the roof
Excellent location in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and ferry. Fantastic views from rooftop terrace. Apt ready with everything you need. Everything was working and neighbours were nice and quiet. Only drawbacks was that wifi was constantly dropping, foxtel had most of the channels blocked and cleaners are forgetting to clean the windows and blinds. Property manager doesn't seem to work on weekends as there was no response. 4 out of 5 and happy to recommend.

Grossartiger Blick vom Hausdach
Etwas ausserhalb im Norden von Sydney gelegen, gute Anbindung - die Strasse runter ist auch gleich ein Fährstation, der Bus fährt, Parkplatz vorhanden ... das Apartment selbst ist sauber und ordentlich, für ein paar Tage auch von der Grösse für 2 gut machbar. Hi und da sollte ein bisschen was gemacht werden (Türschränke in der Küche, Fliegengitter), aber alles in allem ein Ort, den man empfehlen kann. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Opernhaus und die Brücke haben uns in der Silvesternacht vollends überzeugt. Danke an Wayne und die Mitbewohner für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr nett.
Ein wirklich nettes Apartement. Mit der Sauberkeit könnte man ein bisschen genauer hinsehen beim Putzen in der Küche. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend als wir unsere verletzte Tochter auch bei uns einquartieren mussten.
