Wherever I travel I stay at the Hyatt. I know it will be comfortable, clean, luxury with great service. This one was no different. Great location. Walking distance from the Star.

The servers at the breakfast buffet were uniformly negligent about checking to see if a person wanted a 2nd cup of coffee. Also, pouring a second coffee from a pot of coffee seems much much more efficient than bringing out one small cup of coffee out one at a time.

Club lounge excellent value with great views. Great room with fantastic views of Darling Harbour. breakfast deal excellent value. Friendly staff and willing to help. Some of the flooring in the room in need of some repairs. Recommend Water view rooms.

The view of Darling Harbour from the 14th floor room was spectacular and high enough up not to hear the motorway below. The service was exceptional and the staff were friendly and professional.

Very modern, clean and good location if your spending time in the centre of sydney shopping etc. Will definitely stay here again when i'm down next time. Good cocktails served at the lobby bar, and a very large choice of food for breakfast at sailmaker (access via lobby).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the harbour view was amazing. So close to shopping, great restaurants and easy to catch public transport and not a far walk from the train station. Staff are lovely.
