Need to lift there game.
I was surprised at the quality for what i paid. Disappointing. Place run down. Certainly not value for money. Bed was terrible.

The parking was too difficult due to narrow space.
I booked two nights but left after one night. The room was dirty and located in the car park. Make yourself a favour, book somewhere else

Floor of the room so dirty I had to ask for a broom as the one vacuum cleaner wasn’t available. Shower floor had dust and hair in it. Cleaner seems to think the corners of the room don’t exist. Furniture broken and cracked. Room was minuscule for 2 people. Parking area impossible to reverse etc.
This was likely the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Checked in and got to the room and it was absolutely filthy. The counter had significant food stuck to it, the walls were gross and the bed was full of hair and discolouration that leads me to believe it hadn't been washed. There was garbage in the halls and the carpets were really dirty. A movie playing in a room across the hall was so loud everything could be heard from our room. Tried to get help from reception but they closed just after check in. Tried calling but no answer. Finally, left and found another hotel. Requested a refund through Expedia as it was a multi-night booking but no refund given.

Great Manager - terrible hotel
There are 2 hotels on this site - the Hotel St Leonards and the Greenwich hotel at the back of the block. We were advised we needed to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs as there was no life (my fault for not checking) but they had a room where we only had to go up one flight of stairs. We accepted that room which turned out to be in the Greenwich hotel at the back of the block. The room was basic - the floor creaked loud enough to wake the dead but as we were above the hotel carpark we didn't disturb anyone. There were no towel rails or hooks so when you used the towel you needed to hang it on the back of the chair or lay it on the bed. The dead-bolt was not attached and the security chain was broken off - this should have sent warning bells but I must have been more tired than I thought. Around midnight we had someone going up and down the corridor banging on the doors and yelling - obviously someone let them in because the banging stopped but then the music started! around 1am I called the Manager (I really didn't expect the get through but the Manager answered - I told her the problem and she came down and asked the people to stop the music - they did for about 30 minutes but then they started singing. My husband fixed the security chain and we put chairs in front of the door - I was definitely concerned for our safety. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. The Manager was great and offered us a different room but we just wanted to get out of there.
This is a great hotel, very close to RNS Hospital, St Leonards railway station, and eateries etc.
Rooms are neat and tidy, a bit small but livable, with the option of a free continental breakfast in a small attachment near the main building.

It was very convenient to North Shore Private Hospital where my husband had back surgery.
