When I first arrived our room smelled like a swimming pool chlorine and urine, Please update your beds, the bed was warped and bowed in the middle, the mattress was old. The television set had bad quality of sound needed to be replaced. Wasn’t cleaned well enough and we could hear the neighbouring guest arguing.

The staff was lovely. Facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, adequate parking. The furniture was antique and pretty but not a comfortable chair to be found. Though clean hotel is looking a little rough water bumps in drywall, place where dry wall was poorly patched. Restaurant was not open consistently. Walls are THIN. I know they have no control over when other guests arrive but between 11pm-1am there must have been a large group arrive. The people were quiet but the doors slammed constantly for those 2 hours

Very noisy. I can hear all noises in the hallway. The mattress is old I sink into the mattress and I can feel the springs or something alike. Had very bad experience at night and left the area early next morning.

The room was dirty, stuff on the walls, dirt in the sheets and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. When I went to shower the drain wouldn’t work, a worker came and poked at it with a screw driver but still did not drain properly. Very disappointed on our first stay in Sydney.
